The cursor icon stops to change in Photoshop
Posted by Levlg on October 31st, 2005

The cursor icon should change when in Photoshop you use a tool and move the
cursor across a processable picture.

But on my computer sometimes it stops to change suddenly though all
Photoshop tools work properly. To restore the normal work of Photoshop you
should rerun Windows XP, it's not enough to rerun only the Photoshop.
Therefore I suppose that the bug is in Windows, not in Photoshop.
Whether can somebody prompt me, where and how should I correct it?
Thanks in advance

Suggest you visit "adobe.photoshop.windows" newsgroup
for detailed assistance. You may also be interested visiting the
comprehensive "comp.graphics.apps.photoshop" application-
oriented newsgroup. It's loaded with fine Photoshop talent.

Having been a Photoshop user since version 3.05, I can
assure you that Adobe Photoshop is not immune from
problems. Don't automatically assume that a Photoshop
problem emenates from Windows--a problem may indeed
be Windows-based but but it can just easily be caused by
Photoshop's code or poor Adobe installtion processes.
Adobe's instalaltion/update processes leave much to be
desired.

Good luck.
