I have placed a default user profile in our netlogon share of our server, I
was wondering, is their anyway to update local profiles as and when we update
default profile?

I don't know if there is a way to update the local profile, but I know you
can implement a group policy that will deny users access to log in with a
local account. Thus forcing them to utilize their domain profile.
