- Define Printer for All Users once
- Posted by Willie on December 28th, 2007
Windows XP Professional
How can I define a Network printer such that all users when logon, will be
able to use that printer. I had already installed on all PCs the required
driver with Local Administrator Account. After which, I logged on with
another Local Administrator Account which I had created during installation
of XP. However, when users logon (roaming profile) they dont see the Printer
icon. Please help. Thanks.

You could install it as a Local printer on an IP address/Port. That will
give it to anyone that logs on locally.
