- Delete Bluetooth device

I connected my motorola v551 cellphone to my windows xp pro computer
with bluetooth and the mobile software it created a bluetooth modem in
the device manager I do not want the modem there anymore I have
uninstalled the mobile software that created the modem but it forgot to
remove the device I tryed to uninstall the device in the device manager
by right clicking on it and clicking uninstall but it comes back how
can I remove the device?
