I responded to your other one but here you go again! just going to copy and
paste hope it looks alright.

Open up internet explorer > click the history button up top it looks like a
clock with a green arrow going counter-clockwise > find the item you wish to
delete in the new bar on the left hand side right click it and click delete.
Otherwise you will have to enter My computer > C: (assuming that is your hard
drive) > Documents and Settings > *yourname*(without the stars) > local
settings(if you can't see local settings then you need to enable viewing of
hidden folders by going to tools > older options > View Tab > show hidden
files and folders bullet) > history then find the item you want to delete
and right click on it and delete it.

A simple way to open the History folder (it works for me) is:
Start > run > [type . , i.e., a single dot} > OK
which will show
C:\Documents and Settings\*your name*
which includes the subfolder "Local Settings"
Open "Local Settings" and then *its* subfolder "History"
