No, you cannot delete the inbuilt admin account. Reboot
in Safe Mode, then log on as "administrator".

Thnx all...thts true we cannot delete Administrator account but there was
one user account which was having built in administrator rights and we
deleted the same one only...further to inform you that we don't know the
built in Administrator password...ca say its disable or account has been
locked out...in this case can we recover the password/account....heard of tht
some tool is there to recover the same...what you say all....
