See if there is a folder of this user in "Documents and settings" folder. If
yes, but you can't enter it (then you have no rights to search in it as well)

ant take the ownership of this folder with all its objects.
But if there is no that user's folder, i.e. if you deleted this user with its
profile... Were you stopped to use the computer (shut it down) immediately
after you deleted this user -- you had a great chance to restore the files
using the software for files recovery (like R-Studio and similar). You can try
to do that and now, but the more computer works -- the less is the chance to
recover the documents. And if you don't have a Time Machine, most likely you
should just give up and move on now... Alas.
