Is it possible to delete the Recycle Bin Icon and if so How do I do it???

know it comes back, is there anyway to permanently delete it. Its never
used, it just takes up space.

If you are an Windows XP user, you can try a powertoy called "TweakUI".
Tweak allows you to modify your desktop to your own needs or
preferences, one of them being the removal of all desktop icons of choice.
You can find Tweak here:

you can delete the recycle bin when you go to the
control panel & scroll down to it & click on it
with the add/remove programs, however since it was
installed & is part of the system you may not be able to
easily get rid of it. unless you don't do a system restore
or a full system recovery, it will stay off of the
computer, however again there is a way, it is a command in
the command prompt, I will have to look it up.
