Difference Between Patches

What is the difference between KB908519 and KB912919? KB912919 was released
on 1/5 and seems to be the WMF patch that received much press. KB908519 was
released on 1/10 the date everyone said that microsoft would release a patch
for the WMF issue. Why would a patch numbered 908519 be released after a
patch numbered 912919?? Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't put any significance in the difference between KB# and
release date. Just concern yourself with the content.
