Is there a way to make it a default view that "Dimensions" are always
shown in a column when I click on Details view?
Every now and again I have to re-right-click on the columns and put a
check mark next to Dimensions.
I want it there by default.

PS - Is there a registry tweak I could use to just add it?

Set up a folder the way you want all folders to be.
Select Tools | Folder Options | View from the menu.
Click 'Apply to all folders'.
