I've been having a problem with trying to change my desktop wallpaper. I have
4 users in my family and 1 of them is fine but the other 3 have issues. 2 of
them you can't change anything you click on the desktop tab on display
properties and it is shadowed out you can't even clik on them and 1 of them
is just letters and numbers not even descriptions. On mine i'm able to change
wallpaper but where you have the icons the words below them have a colored
box like when you click on the icon and it highlights they all have that all
of the time. What should I do to correct this problem? Thanks for any info
that may help.
