An error keeps appearing when I try to send a new email. Error states the
following file is not available or corrupt
fxsext32.dll
It says to carry out Detect and Repair but I cannot locate where to do that.
Can anyone assist

Could be spyware - download & run AdAware.

On the Help menu is detect and repair.
