When I saw "Frank", I was thinking of Frank Saunders so I was giving to
Frank the reputation of Frank S. I haven't bothered to read enough of
Frank's post to postulate my own opinion of him, and I rarely base that
postulation on what others think of a poster. Sometimes I'll go Google
Group hunting to find a poster's history but "Frank" is way too
non-descriptive and weak a moniker for me to bother checking his
history.
