Does MS have a newsgroup for its XP defrag?
And if so, what is the URL for it?

After I thought I had some sort of work around for a problem
with Symantec defrag, I wrote,
" I am not game to post my final solution, but it might have you
learned MS-MVPs etc rolling around the floor laughing."

With more playing around and puzzlement, I decided that my
"final solution" might not be "final", and maybe not even a solution.

I eventually began asking myself, "Maybe the MS defrag
cannot solve this problem either?"

In your folders, left click on wondowsxp.basic or general or newusers (if
you have subscribed to them)- click on 'find' - enter 'defrag' in subject
box - click 'fond now' and I bet you hundreds of posts will come. That
should give some clue as to which newsgroup handles posts on defrag.
I cant answer your question though - sorry.
