When I right click on an icon on my desktop (a white box pops up), I get
doubles listing of NAV and Winzip in the white box. Can this be fixed so
there is no double listings? WinXP with SP2 and all critical updates
installed.

This is usually caused after altering the behavior of shortcuts. See here
for resolution.
