- dowloading files

hi
I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the prompt box to appear when
opening files.
I need to open and save a file so that it can be opened in power point and
printed off. Instead when I click on the link it opens the presentation right
thtere in the browser, it gives me no options so therefor I canot save it to
re-open it and print it off.
I have tried doing the same thing on other machines and it gives me a prompt
box before doing anything.
How do I get this prompt box on my computer ??
Thank-you for any help

Open any Explorer folder window and choose View, Folder Options, File Types. In the File
Types window, scroll down to the Microsoft PowerPoint extensions (PPS, PPT, PPTHTML), click the
"Advanced" button, and place a check mark beside "Confirm open after download." That'll do it.
