Important feature for XP.

With all the digital file going thru my pc, i am look for a tool that will
help me find duplicated file.


Once duplicated file ar found i would like to create shortcut instead of
delated the duplicate.


What i have for situation is i copy file either from the internet or from cd
and i whant to make sure that the file does not existe on my pc.

So before tranfert files to my pc i would like to compare the content of a
cd versus my hardrive.

If duplicated files are found Windows XP will ask me if i wish to create a
short cut to the actual file intead of create a copy.
