Dear All,
What are the advantages of dynamic disks?
Can one partition a dynamic disk?
Can one partition a dynamic disk with the boot sector on it?
Do dynamic disks cope better with power interruptions?
Please advise

Dynamic disks have one major issue with them, as they are only
visible and accessible while running Windows.

Unless you have a specific reason for using Dynamic volumes, I'd
stay with traditional Basic disks in XP.
