- Empting recycle bin removes all system restore data

Emptying Recycle Bin deletes all my system restore data leaving no restore
points at all. I manually create restore points sucessfully and as soon as
I right click the recycle bin icon and empty it all the restore points
disappear. Thanks in advance for any help
