Can any one please tell me how to re-enable my C prompt, it says its been
disabled by administrator. Many thanks

We're not sure what you're talking about. Post the exact text of the error
message and tell us what you're trying to do when you get it.

Thanks, i meant command prompt. When i click on it it says " your command
prompt has been disabled by your administrator, press any key to continue"

Hmmmm. If the administrator disabled it then the administrator can
likely dis-disable it too. Have you asked him/her? Without
administrative privileges you aren't going to be able to do it yourself.

Navigate to;
HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
and delete the Reg_Dword "DisableCMD"
