E6f1873B.dll and probably ST162.dll are spyware. It sounds like the main
program was removed but not totally. Do a search for both files in safe mode
and delete. Also check your Startup folder (Start > Run > msconfig >
Startup) and uncheck any reference to those two files.
ps-you need to provide more info about your computer. even your error
message is vague at best.
