- Error Messages Received on Startup
- Posted by Ray on October 30th, 2005
I am currently running Windows XP Home, version 2002, Service Pack 2
When I boot up, I receive 2 messages:
First, ccApp.exe could not run because SYMSTORE.dll could not be found.
Second: ccRegVfy could not run because SYNSTORE could not be found.
Can anybody help here?

If you have a Symantec product installed, such as
Norton AntiVirus, uninstall the program, reboot,
then reinstall it.
