Please check the spelling.
"iexplorere.exe" is not a normal Windows file and may be something
nasty (unless you really meant iexplore.exe)

Is it 'iexplorere.exe'?If then it is a piece of malware.Check that.

Regarding problem:-
FIX: Internet Explorer may unexpectedly quit with an error message in
module Mshtml.dll when you try to locate a Web page in Windows XP
Service Pack 2
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=892052&SD=tech

Start>Run>regsvr32 Mshtml.dll>ok
Does it help?

You may download Dependency Walker to check the dependencies for
mshtml.dll and be sure that there are no mis-matched or missing
dependency DLLs.

That doesn't tell what your problem is so it's hard to give any advice.
Except reinstall/repair.

Alan, Sorry for my spelling error, it really meant iexplore.exe
This error occurs when I try to access websites like,
www.bankofamerica.com, www. westernunion.com, etc, (secure connection)
Also I think that the spelling is not relevant with this problem, it is a IE
problem, as so many, if I open these website with firefox, no problem at
all., but unfortunately I lke IE.
Help me with the right answer to fix the problem. Please
Don

You have to re-register the following dll's at the command prompt (cmd).

If you have SP2, you can do it all in one go:

Start>Run cmd [enter]
iexplore.exe /rereg [enter]

Without SP2:

Start>Run cmd [enter]
regsvr32 mshtml.dll [enter]

Click OK when you get the message that DLLRegisterServer in FileName
succeeded and type "exit" to quit cmd.

Repeat the same with:

regsvr32 mshtmled.dll
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

As I said, that command only works if you have Service Pack 2. You'll
need to re-register the individual .dll's per my earlier post. Then
prepare your computer and install SP2.

Then I'd suggest you post your question (including all pertinent
information) to a newsgroup specifically for IE. You'll get the expert
attention you need there.

Here's one group:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser

And here's a list of all the MS newsgroups:
http://aumha.org/nntp.htm

I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you, but I'm not an expert in IE.
