The server {0254F2B0-7116-40FC-8551-A2ED8C0C5872} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout
Please help me to solve this problem.

You'll need to open event viewer for more details,also click on the url
in the event/warning this opens help/support in xp usually with the fix to
it.
