None of my shortcuts or programs work. I just restarted, and it was like
this. The only thing that still works is Firefox. Help!

You probobly change your user account.
You are loged in as another user.
Try to login as your old user account.

You may want to consider using System Restore to roll back the system to
a date just before this started.

Hi Frederick,
Have you tried running System Restore form Safe Mode?
If not, you may want to consider performing a repair install.
