Hi all:

After I installed another lanaguage code through control panel-->setting.
The startup process become extremely slow.It takes almost 15-20mins.

Anybody can help me.

System:winxp pro sp2.
Antivirus:Norton antivirus 2006 with updated definition
Key:utimaco usb encrytpion key
Hardware:IBM T43

Click Start / Run / msconfig {OK}. Now click the Startup
tab and untick each and every box, then restart the machine.
This will probably make it fast again.

Now repeat the above process but restore one or two
tick marks at the time until you find the culprit that slows
down your machine.

Note that you may have no firewall/virus protection while
you do this, so physically disconnect your Internet link!
