Getting Word Table to show up in Page 2?

I'm designing a resume using a MS Word Template.
When my Word table starts showing up on page 2 it disappears. How can I
get it to show up on page two?

Is the table on page two because of content above it or because you
inserted a page break?

Is the table in a text frame? I always have trouble with frames shifting
about unexpectedly in Word '97. I'm wondering if the anchor point for a
frame can shift so low on the first page that the content could get lost
off the bottom margin.
