help Norton Internet Security/ SP2 ballon tip alert

when i disable both firewall and antivirus on Norton internet Security 2005.
i get two wrong message on the Service Pack 2 security center alert , on the
ballon tip i see this:
Norton Internet Security is turn off
Norton Internet Security is turn off

I remember before that when i disable both firewall and antivirus on Norton
Internet Security 2005 i see this on the sp2 security center alert ballon
tips:

Norton Internet Security is turn off
Norton Anvirus is turn off

Does anyone here know how to fix this problem that I'm having?

I solved the problem by uninstalling Norton Internet Security in
its entirety. Never again will any Norton product reside on my
computer. It is bloatware as far as I am concerned. The most
galling thing was the email rules and Norton's insistence that
it's rules must be first and were unmovable.

Goto your XP Security Center and on the left column you will see a
selection that says "Change the way security center alerts me". Select
that and Uncheck all three items shown and never be bothered again.
