- How to disable "secure/non secure" windows security alert..
- Posted by GotBonus? on January 30th, 2006
Apologies if this double posts, my first attempt did not appear that I could
find.
I regularly visit sites where I get a "security information" window that
states...
"this page contains secure and non secure items, are you sure you want to
display non secure items?"
I know the site (I am login in to check account status') and it is
irritating that this pops up every time I visit it.
Is there a way to turn this off for certain sites or does it have to be
global, how is it done?
Thanks

Hello,
I am not too sure about this, but under IE, click on tools > internet options and flip to the
advanced tab and scroll all the way down and uncheck "Warn if changaing between secure and not
secure mode".
