How to fix problem with address bar?
Posted by zahnbub on April 16th, 2006

If anyone could help me with this I would really appreciate it.
Yesterday I installed the XP 2 service pack. (I think that was what it
was called.) Now when I enter certain addresses like espn.com into my
address bar and press enter, nothing happens. If I use the previously
visited sites drop down menu, I can select them there, but not if it is
the main one entered manually. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance.

Follow the thread, it was the link (included below) from kurt that he didn't
include in his reply.
It is why you always need to include the relevant parts of the post you
reply to.
