- How to get rid of catalog.wci?

I want to move \System Volume Information\catalog.wci to another partition. I
turned off the Indexing Service and rebooted, but catalog.wci is still there.
How do I erase it?

As long as the Indexing Service has been disabled, reboot the system and
right click on the file and select delete.
