Regardless of it being genuine validation downloads or regular down loads. I
get to the screen where it attempts to automate the download and a little IE
screen appears in the upper left hand side of my screen and reads Page not
found. Then if I click the link to start the download, I get a "Page cannot
be displayed error". When I run the genuine verification tool I cannot get
the activex piece to work. I check the settings that it recommends but this
does not work. It is not a firewall of virus scan issue. Any help would be
appreciated.
