- Icon does not open in control panel

The mail icon doesn't open anymore when I double click it. Can someone
please help me with this? Thanks

Where in Control Panel do you have a mail icon???

It is not a usual place for a mail icon. It may be a customisation by your
mail service provider and installed when you installed their software. Try
reinstalling it, or asking them.

Not sure why it won't open, but it's the same dialog as the 'Mail' tab under 'Tools' ->
'Accounts...' in Outlook or Outlook Express -- can you access the info that way?
