ToolTips work fine for the TaskBar, Icons on Desktop, file info in explorer.

When using IE6 Explorer, if I mouseover and image and/or client-side image
map I don't get any tooltip whether I have the ifno in the ALT or TITLE
attributes. I was working fine 4-6 weeks ago. I have checked the option of
"always expand text in IE6.

I'm running XP SP2. I've gone through the add/remove components and clicked
IExplorer several times without avail.

I've tried to restore but system won't restore from point when I know it
worked.

I've installed Mozilla and it shows the tooltips for TITLE= as expected.

Anyone have a clue?
