Does any one know of a news group that deals with the correct or incorrect
function of some one's television set?

A good place to look for newsgroups is Google Groups. Then you can see if
your ISP offers NNTP (Usenet) access and subscribe to that particular
group. Obviously there won't be anything like that on the Microsoft public
news server because it doesn't have anything to do with Microsoft. If you
ISP doesn't offer NNTP access (most major ones do), then you can subscribe
to a public news service.

If there's a million sites on wiener dogs, there's got to be one on
malfunctioning TV sets.
Inasmuch as everyone on THIS site probably has a television, plus we're all
insanely curious, just what is the malady you face?
Just prefix your subject with the characters "OT:" so the pedantic
fuddy-duddies won't start twitching uncontrollably.

Totally off topic, and you might have been asked before (I am new to

It's not my nickname; it's my real Hebrew name and yes, it does mean "queen"

It's very interesting to know about Malika meaning the same thing. And I
love your signature quote.
