I have recently moved to Windows XP and in a bid to help my kids i have set
them up with Limited Access accounts, whilst keeping the system administator
account for myself. However, i find that i have to do something now to allow
them access to the internet. Whenever they try i get a message saying 'Error
691', and that their name and password isn't recognised. Can anyone suggest a
remedy?
