- Logon Process Takes a long time in XP SP2

I have a user who experiences a 2 minute wait time when booting up in XP SP2.
I have recieved and applied Hotfix 887186 from Microsoft and the issue still
exists. Is there anything else I can look at to speed the logon process up?
