You could look at something like nLite:

However, if you don't have enough room for the pagefile, temp files,
etc. you are going to have problems. You didn't say how big your system
hard drive is, but I wouldn't want a drive smaller than 10GB for the
system with a second larger drive for data and programs. If your hard
drive is smaller and you don't have a second drive, just buy a big one
instead of struggling to install on the tiny drive.
If you want more help, post back with details of your system and what
you are trying to do (i.e., upgrade old computer, etc.).
