- Menu sensitivity

I know I've seen the solution for this, but I can't find it, so here goes:
When I access the Start Menu and start to mouse over to Control Panel or
some other area of the menu, the All Programs menu always pops up as soon as
I try to mouse across it. How do I adjust the menu sensitivity so this
doesn't happen?

The 2nd biggest usability issue with XP. If you're not against a
change, I'd suggest you use the Classic Menu. Otherwise you
can download/run Tweak-UI for Windows XP. It has a option
category Mouse where you can find/adjust Menu Speed.

The menu timeout would be better. He has alread set it to zero as it is 400 ms by default (20 ms is enough time to get over All Programs)
