I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 on a
Compaq Presario SR2038X. Recently, when leaving my system powered on and
unused for a few hours, I come back to find an error window has popped up.
It is labelled Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. The Error says:
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Prog...

R6016
-not enough space for thread data

Would appreciate advice on how to fix

library for 2008 that is sometimes used.

However this is almost certainly not the reason you are getting the error
