Microsoft website- fonts huge

Hi, whenever I go to the Microsoft website to update programs, I get
fonts that are huge- I have tried to make them smaller on view but I
can not. This is only true for this website. Has anyone experienced
this also??

And you are using Internet Explorer when this happens?
