- Missing Device Manager

All of the sudden I can't access Device Manager, I get this message (See
attachment)

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down
to Item #107 (right column) and click on "Restore the Device Manager".
"Action Canceled" error while opening Device Manager

Login as Administrator (or equivalent). Click Start, Run and type this
command:
regsvr32 devmgr.dll
