Modify/Remove button disappear in Add or remove program panel in X

Modify/Remove button disappear in Add or remove program panel in X: Posted by Geossl on December 26th, 2005; Dear All,
There is something strange. When I open the control panel -> add or remove
program panel, there shows a list of installed program.

However, there is no way to uninstall anyone! The usual uninstall/remove
button disappeared in every program item.

Scroll down to "Add or Remove - Restrictions" and see if you have
NoRemovePage set in either of the two keys.
