If you have not made any changes to the system that could have caused that,
run spyware and virus scanners to make sure that malware isn't to blame. Make
sure that the scanners are updated with the latest updates

If you made any changes to the system, try reversing them - if necessary by
doing it in Safe Mode, which you can access by pressing the F8 key at startup
before Windows loads.
