..NET Framework 2.0, 1.1, 1.1 HotFix all listed Control Panel Add
Remove Programs.
Can I / should I uninstall the entries for 1.1 and 1.1 HotFix, since
2.0 is installed?
Will this damage the 2.0 installation?
If so can I reinstall 2.0 from Windows Update?

My eperience was when I had 1.0 installed and upgraded to 1.1 it did not
remove the 1.0 and I had some problems. I had to uninstall the older version
and evrything was fine. IMHO I would say yes.

Depends - if you are sure you don't have any .NET 1.0 and .NET 1.1 software,
then sure go ahead and remove them, but if you are like most people, you
most likely have at least a few .NET1.1 applications and possibly 1 or 2 new
..NET 2.0 applications - so then yes you would need to leave both .NET 1.1
and .NET 2.0. FYI - .NET 2.0 is not an upgraded version that replaces .NET
1.1, it is a completely new version and will not run .NET 1.1 or .NET 1.0
applications, just like .NET 1.1 won't run .NET 2.0 or .NET 1.0 applications
and lastly .NET 1.0 won't run .NET2.0 or .NET 1.1 applications. I actually
have then .NET 1.0, .NET 1.1 versions along with both the .NET 2.0 x86 and
x64 versions happily coexisting on my WinXP x64 and Win2k3 x64
installations.
