I just setup my new desktop...the specs is Pentium 4HT 3.0GHz,MSI ATI Radeon
X1600Pro and also MSI mainboard chipset 945PL and a video capture card
Winfast TV2000Xp...
The problem is my taskbar always hang at anytime but my desktop area still
working properly without any problem..The taskbar only is my problem..
I'm using windows xp sp2...

When I play FIFA 2006 also,the game runs very well until the end of the game
when going to get back to the main menu...Usually for my previous PC,if an
application hang,my numlock button doesn't show any respond...but this new PC
isn't like that...

anybody could help me? is it hardware problem?
