Where can I find my processor speed so I can reset the CPU operating
speed in the Bios?

If you run an intel processor,go to intel.com,downloads,processor,
get the processor identification utility.

THis only works right if the bios knows how fast the CPU really is. If
it's mis-set in the bios, then the info returned will be wrong.
The only way to know for *sure* is to pull of the heat sink and read
the chip.

Everest Home can correctly identify a CPU including speed rating no
matter how it's clocked in BIOS. I'm sure other programs can as well.

Read the invoice for the machine?
Use one of the utilities that identifies the processor? Even Intel has a
free one on their site- I'd be surprised if AMD doesnt have something
similar- if you look..
