hi all,

i have a question about the mandatory profile of winxp.

my server is running with windows 2000 server,
and all client 's operating system is Windows XP.

i create a global profile with "windows xp default start menu",
and show "my computer" and "internet explorer" icons on desktop,
and add the www.yahoo.com to default page of IE.

after i created the mandatory profiles, i tried to login with another domain
user account,
it have no error in login process, but i found that the some of setting
cannot be applied to domain user,
such as the "my computer" and "internet explorer" icons haven't shown. and
the default page have no changed,
so, i try to add this user to domain admin group, then the setting is fine.

how the mandatory profile can be FULLY applied to domain users without
admin privillege??
