Dear Gabe,
Thanks. But, I see no tab that says "choose a default e-mail program." The
only options are: Computer manufactuerer, Microsoft Windows, Non-Microsoft
Windows, Non-Microsoft, and Custom. That's it.
What now?

that's because that is NOT where you set the default email client.
Go to Control Panel-Internet Options and select the Programs tab. You can
then select what application is the default email client there.
