I have a problem with connectivity. My wireless network shows excellent
connections, but nothing works. I can't access the internet. My ISP is
Cablevision. Is this their problem? I have tried everything else...

Is this one machine? multiple machines?
I don't know how you configured your wiress setup, but both the router and
the computer have to be on the same channel.
If using WEP or such, the keys have to match.
Sometimes uninstalling/reinstalling the wireless adapter does the trick if
settings have become confuzzled.
